Principles
We respond to valid legal process in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Notice, and we scrutinise requests to protect our users’ privacy. Where permitted, we notify affected users.
Submitting a request
Requests must come from an official government email address to [email protected], identify the requesting authority and officer, cite the legal basis, and specify the data sought and the account (phone number or trip code).
Emergencies
If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, mark your request as an emergency and explain the risk. We may disclose limited information without formal process where the law allows.
Preservation
We will preserve records for 90 days on receipt of a preservation request pending formal process.
