How is the fair price worked out?

Our model looks at distance, live traffic, fuel prices, demand near your pickup and route risk. Each one shows up as its own line, with a short reason whenever the price moves.

Can I offer less than the fair range?

Yes, and drivers may still accept. But offers far below the range are stopped, so nobody is asked to drive at a loss.

What happens when I press SOS?

Your live location and trip details go to the Sety desk, a trained agent calls you, and your emergency contacts get a live link. No data? Text SOS from your registered number and it still works.

How are drivers checked?

We match their government ID to a live selfie, check their licence and confirm a guarantor. Their car is inspected by a partner garage before it can take a single trip.

How can I pay?

Card, HaloRide wallet or cash where it’s available. Every trip ends with a receipt showing the estimate, the final price and where the money went.

Where can I ride?

We’re live in Lagos, across Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi, and adding new areas city by city.
